katak=frog
tempurung=half a coconutshell

半分に切ったココナツの中の蛙のように

ということのようですから、

→「井の中の蛙」

日本語もインドネシア語も

比喩には蛙が使われています。




英語でも同じ蛙です。

The frog in the well knows nothing of the great ocean.
Like a frog at the bottom of a well, talking about the ocean.
